    ◆盤勢分析美國總統選舉不確定因素消失，美股對川普當選演說正面反應，10 日台股隨美股開高，類股齊揚，惟投資人仍相對保守，漲幅仍小於 9 日跌幅，終場加權指數收在 9152.18 點，大漲 208.98 點或 2.34%，成交額 895.74 億元。 OTC 指數收在 121.51 點，大漲 4.15 點或 3.54%，成交額 198.85 億元。

  • 10 日台股僅追回半年線及五日均線，成交量大幅縮水逾四分之一，技術面微幅改善。籌碼方面，外資雖然連二日賣超，惟賣超幅度大幅縮水，自營商及投信則連手擴大買超，操作相對外資樂觀。僅管川普非預期性當選，美股非預期的正面反應，但其開出的競選支票，能否兌現仍是未知數，此外，目前美國各地正發生反川普抗議及加州欲獨立公投事件，或將引發信心危機，使得外資對台股操作相對保守，台幣亦貶值，預期台股於九千點附近盤整仍將持續一段時間，建議降低持股，保守操作。
